Graphic Design & Prepress
Our graphics and prepress department can bring your ideas to reality, work with your existing digital files, or suggest and create eye-catching designs that will make your products shine. Our technical knowledge of the printing systems ensures that your designs are developed with superior efficiency.
Plate Manufacture
All plates are produced in-house using computer to plate imaging. This allows us to speed up the turn around time on label production and also gives us more control over the quality of the finished product.

Environmental Practices
We've transitioned to advanced LED curing systems, removing the necessity for water-based
inks and eliminating mercury from our processes. This shift not only minimizes ozone
generation and respiratory hazards but also reduces energy consumption, aligning with our
commitment to sustainability. We include biodegradable stock options and eco-friendly
substrates, including tree-free, white uncoated facestock derived from bamboo, bagasse, and
cotton linters. Moreover, our range includes 100% biodegradable, clear polylactic acid (corn-
based) film facestock sourced from annually renewable sources. Additionally, we provide white,
semi-gloss paper stock containing 30% post-consumer waste, certified by the Forest
Stewardship Council (FSC).
RECYCLING INITIATIVES
We recycle used solvents, minimizing waste, which is then properly disposed. Our paper waste
is recycled as well as most of the packaging our supplies come in. The stocks which we use are
also recyclable. We have kept our facility very lean and efficient.
